Thanks for the great compliments Jazzy! I wasn't able to click on the 'O' and get the larger version, I used the one that was posted inline. I didn't use any masking or cutting tools on this one, just a bunch of color layers for different parts of the picture and a whole lot of elbow grease with the pen and tablet. I did use the pen tool to stroke paths in a few places (the frame of the parasol, and the stripes on the scarf on the girl on the right.) Here's a link to the .PSD if anyone is interested.
