FWIW, There were 22 participants for the PSC Roll and 34 for the Zoomquilt that inspired this project. That's why I was shooting for a minimum of 25. The PSC Roll lasts 6 mins & 23 seconds, 1:23 longer than our magnum opus. So I think it is possible to do ours with less than 20 participants. Never give up, never surrender.
