Attention Artists!

One of our local galleries holds an annual art show every year which displays and sells work by ANYONE who donates their work.

The work must be 6 inches by 6 inches and is displayed anonymously. All pieces sell for $20. It's a fundraiser, so you don't get any of the sales, but this year they're offering a couple cash prizes awarded by popular vote.

The big deal is that it's an opportunity to get shown. I know I'm going to try to get something together to submit this year (I only heard about it last year after the due date).

I know I'm the only one in town (although if Tommy Moo migrated over, he's local, too), and I'm not sure if the on-line gallery will allow for internet sales or not, but I figured if anyone was so inclined, we could use this thread to share, critique, ask for help or suggestions or just ignore it entirely.

If you decide to donate, terrific. If not, no big deal. They're only accepting the first 5,000 submissions.
Due date is May 1.
