The first one to include comes to us from Vortex Dweller who found the scarysquirrel.org resource.
Given that it looks like the main page contests will frequently (but, I gather not by mandate) feature squirrel themes, any other resources you care to contribute to this thread would be gratefully accepted by all.

Well this all went down in our beloved PSAEF and I thought before it's "2 days" passed by I'd do a little preservation. Non-GIS / Flickr / Photobucket image sources from a couple of Farkers that are worth cruising:

ProTip from TVOD: Since the photo enthusiasts there tag and categorize their pictures, it can be helpful if you're looking for something more or less specific, like pictures of a certain kind of animal.
If I'm not mistaken, the page started as a German one and has probably lots of German-speaking users/photographers, so it might be helpful to look up the German word for whatever you're searching (other supported languages might be worth a shot, too).
(e.g.)
Kirchturm: ~2350 pictures vs. Church tower: ~100 pictures
Or Katzen: 120,000 pictures vs Cats: 1300 pictures
